Refund Policy

We offer simple, easy and no hassle 14-Day Returns. 

We understand returning an item can be a hassle, so we've made this process as easy as possible. If you don't love the item you purchased from Just Debra, return the item within 14 days for a full refund, less any initial shipping charges.

Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all authenticity cards, dust covers, tags, packaging and protector tapes intact. Items returned in any other condition will be subject to a restocking fee or returned at our discretion. 

How to Make a Return

  1. To request a return, submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your merchandise by going to My Account -> Orders and select the product you would like to request for refund.
  2. Print a Return Shipping Label and Ship once we have authorized the return. Simply affix this label to the package and drop it off at any post office or leave it with your courier. You will pay return shipping fees including any taxes for returns.
  3. Refunds will be made back to the payment method you initially used. Please allow for up to 5 to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  4. We will give you a full refund including return shipping fees for a verified return items if we delivered the wrong product or it was damaged.

    Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it. Items which are used or missing any of their accoutrements (tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.) are not eligible for return.

    Receive a full refund to your original payment source if;

    We conclude after reviewing your claim that the product received differs substantially from the item you received. This includes, but is not limited to inauthentic items, items with unreported damage and wear, and inaccuracies in the listing.

    -The wrong product was sent by Just Debra
    -The product is defective.
    -The product was damaged in shipping.
    -The product is tampered 

    Receive Just Debra Site Credit if;

    You are dissatisfied with the item for any reason; such as the style, fit or just changing your mind, unless the item is marked Final Sale. or Just Debra finds during review of your claim that the item is authentic and was accurately described at the time of sale. 

    Site credit can be used on any item on is non-transferable and does not expire. 

    Additional Considerations

    Final Sale (Non-Returnable) items. Some items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for Just Debra for Site Credit.

    Items may be marked Final Sale for a number of reasons, including:

    • Price is less than $40 or your country equivalent.
    • Listed categories can be accross the store. cannot process returns that do not follow our guidelines, including: 

    • Returns delivered without a return request. 
    • Returns delivered later than 14 days from request.
    • Lost or damaged returns shipped without using our return shipping label.
    • An unreasonable amount of return requests submitted under a single user account.


    CANCELLATION POLICY (For Items or Services)

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow for up to 5 to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
