To file a claim, contact our warranty claims department via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide either your order number and/or the first and last name by whom the order was placed, along with a brief description of the issue and photos. If your claim was approved, you will be issued a RMA code and an address where to return the item.
We are able to offer an International Delivery, you can send your order to most countries and regions around the world. Delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination. The delivery takes place on average within 4-7 working days.
Note: If you would like an alternate shipping method to be arranged, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you do not live in a main town, please also let us know.
Standard Domestic delivery - takes approximately 5-10 business days from dispatch.
Express domestic delivery - where the retailer country and the delivery country are the same), takes approximately 1-5 business days from dispatch.
Express international delivery - where the retailer country and the delivery country are not the same, takes approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch.
A signature may be required on receipt.

If any additional delivery surcharge fees occur with your order, such as if the weight of a product exceeds the courier allowance or delivery to a remote destination, we’ll contact you and you’ll be able to choose to proceed or cancel the order.
Please note: as with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa, please allow additional time due to delays with the South African customs and postal service.

All orders ship with a tracking service. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and you can check the status of your order online at anytime.
Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update once shipped.
All orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm) or on any U.S public Holiday will be processed the next working day. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if the order is not accepted at the address supplied.
TAX & CUSTOM DUTIES
For selected countries Just Debra will automatically pay any tax or customs duty applied, therefore the amount you pay on check out is the final amount, your parcel will be delivered as DDP or delivery duty paid.
For some countries this isn't possible and you will have to pay import duty and tax on arrival, if this is the case your parcel will be held until it has been paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed and Just Debra will have no liability towards this.
